Ledge Craft Lane is housed in the 1885 Fire Hall. Formed in 1975, their artists and craft artists are juried members with original artwork in a wide variety of disciplines. Located on Bridge Street across from the Opera House in historic Grand Ledge, Ledge Craft Lane occupies two floors of unique gifts and art for everyone. You’ll find paintings, photography, fabric art, and household novelties like napkins, table runners, towels, chenille pillows, and scrubbies. There is pottery, jewelry, note cards, as well as hand-knitted, crocheted items, quilted items, wood crafted items, baskets, vintage jackets, soaps and lotions, books, prints, a variety of unique creations, and seasonal décor. Each month Ledge Craft Lane features an Artist of the Month in their Gallery. These talented artists are from the mid-Michigan area and range in age from teenagers all the way to grandmothers. Art Classes for adults and children are offered year round with instructors being local artists.
