The Clinton County Arts Council goal is to promote, encourage and economically support the arts, artists, and the cultural heritage of Clinton County. From art classes and workshops to international singing groups and choirs, we attempt to provide Clinton County with fun projects and activities year round! Featuring art from local artists belonging to the Clinton County Arts Council. Two dimensional art, pottery, glass, jewelry, sculpture, cloth art and much more.
