A total of 1,852 tiles painted by over 1,000 community members come
together to make a bright, fun mural for the Spray Park in St Johns.
The artwork was designed by local artist Tracie Davis. Along with her
assistant, Diane Harte, she also assisted community members in painting
their portions of the mural. The artwork was purposely created to
appeal to children, while capturing the essence of St Johns community.
St Johns is known for it’s mint farms and is touted as a great place to
live, work and play. Animals working and playing on a mint farm,
enjoying Spray Park toys and using farm equipment cover the entire side
of the pool-house building adjacent to the Spray Park.
