The grand two-story lobby of the Board of Water and Light houses a ceramic fountain, one of multiple sculptures in the building by Clivia Calder. This particular sculpture shows two girls grooming themselves, while their placement between two flanking metal stairs helps create a graceful interpretation of the machines found elsewhere in the plant.
